We specialise in recruitment for the Hospitality sector placing Chefs and Front of House staff into both temporary and permanent positions in a wide variety of clients from rural pubs to 5 star Rosette Hotels. All our staff have industry experience so we fully understand our client’s needs.
The role of Trainee Consultant will entail learning all aspects of a busy Temporaries desk from building a loyal pool of candidates to developing clients and building long term relationships with both financial and KPI targets.
- Identifying and registering new candidates
- Complying with all current legislation
- Calling existing clients to ensure we maximise business opportunities
- Building long term relationships with clients and candidates
The ideal candidate will have experience within the Hospitality industry, a stable work history and the personal attribute to succeed.
