You will be producing mouth-watering dishes so a vast amount of knowledge regarding butchery, game and fish is essential, with the ability to make pasta from scratch even more advantageous.
As #2, you’ll be responsible for covering the Head Chef in all areas of kitchen management. This means you must be reliable, punctual and lead by example.
Having a Rosette and fresh food background is evidently needed but what we want, is passion, pride, attention to detail and fire in your belly.
Confidence and consistency are key here as when you are running the pass, the team will be following suit, so you must be at the top of your game throughout every service.
