Our client is a beautiful bespoke Bistro in the heart of the Test Valley district. Specialising in fresh fish and produce, which offers casual dining, this is the perfect place to grow your career and fulfil your ambitions as a chef. With that you will also be given a healthy work life balance, where you will have 2 days off and never have to work in the evening!

As Sous Chef you will be working closely with the head chef, adapting the menu on a regular basis using fresh local seasonal produce, helping train and manage the kitchen and be the heartbeat of the establishment.

This is an ideal role for a talented chef that enjoys working with fresh food and wants permanent daytime hours.
