A newly reformed country pub looking to reclaim the area is looking for a hands-on and experienced Chef to help push the business forward.
Having recently been taken over, this is an excellent opportunity for an individual to implement their ideas and skill set and help this pub thrive.
Responsibilities will include delivering good homely food using fresh and seasonal produce, whilst utilising local farmers and butchers. You will be expected to implement ideas for menus and specials maintain consistency with service and run the pass with sublime organisational skills and able to delegate duties appropriately.

- Salary of £22,000 – £30,000 DOE

You must be flexible with working hours, hard-working, hands-on, positive and able to provide an extensive level of knowledge with fresh food, HACCP & COSHH. Your own transport is also required.
