A stunning Country Inn nestled in the picturesque village outside of Southampton. Part of a Quintessential and modern group specialising in fresh, innovative Gastro style food, now looking for the next generation of Chefs to continue with their success.
We do have live-in opportunities, however if you don’t require this then please know your own transport is required.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Extensive knowledge in preparing fresh produce
- Ability to adapt to all scenarios and environments
- Thrive under pressure and can step up a gear when busy
- Willingness to constantly learn new skills and techniques
- Experience working in a Rosette environment
- Immense passion for the industry
- Take pride in every dish you serve
- Understand the importance of working in a close-knit team
- Salary of £20,000 – £22,000 per annum
- Additional tips, approx. £3000 per annum
- Accommodation is available
- Fantastic training and development opportunities
- And of course, the opportunity to produce Rosette food.
